Smudging is the Clearing of personal space, sending out prayers, cleansing the self and spaces by 'washing' with purefying herbs as an ancient practice. I offer 6' sticks of my own organically grown sage, sage & lavender and sage and rosemary, and native American produced bags of 5' White sage sticks.

The loose incense is made by Mag a hedgewitch, who offers specific mixes for ritual, meditation and healing use. Her ingredients come from hedegrows, woods and riverbanks, as well as her own organic garden in the lake district. She has only recently began to sell her incense, and is happy to make up mixes for your needs. Only availiable through Riverdeamer in 1 1/2 inch pots.
